Competition pattern of national motor industry

The motor market in foreign developed countries presents a state of monopoly competition.
In terms of the size of the world motor market, Europe, the Middle East and Africa together account for 37.8 per cent of the total sales of motor system hardware, software and peripherals, 25.1 per cent in Japan, 19 per cent in North America, 17.2 per cent in Asia (excluding Japan) and 12.5 per cent in China.
The motor market in foreign developed countries presents a state of monopoly competition. Take the larger European market as an example. German SIEMENS and Swedish ABB have always been in leading positions. The other two backbone companies are French leader Leroy-Somer and Brook Crompton, which dominate the British market. The market share of these four companies exceeds the entire European market by more than 50%.
In recent years, the competition in the international motor market has become increasingly fierce, and the price has reached a critical level. In addition to special motors, special motors, and large motors, it is difficult for general-purpose small and medium-sized motor manufacturers to continue to gain a foothold in developed countries. China has a big advantage in terms of labor costs.
On the other hand, the Chinese market has become the focus of global enterprise competition. Therefore, out of benefits, technology, resources, labor costs and many other considerations, many developed countries in the world motor manufacturers are moving to China, and continue to participate in the competition in the form of sole proprietorship or joint venture, foreign companies in different forms of domestic enterprises, offices and agencies are also more and more, making the domestic market competition more intense. The transformation of the world industrial structure is not only a challenge but also an opportunity for Chinese enterprises. This is a good opportunity to promote the scale and grade of China's motor industry, enhance product development capabilities and integrate with international standards.
