First of all, if the single-phase operation is caused by the open phase of the switching power supply, the route, circuit breaker and wiring position of the switching power supply must be carefully checked to see if there is an open circuit, damage, etc., and the damaged part must be replaced and repaired.
Secondly, if the motor load is too large to cause overweight, can not run, first to reduce the load of the motor, in the case of unloading or no load to run.
Thirdly, there is another reason why the rotor of the motor does not rotate due to the occurrence of Caton in the dragged machine. The countermeasure of turning off the power supply should be adopted, and the disassembly machine should be cleaned up for Caton's sake first.
Finally, if there is a wiring error or short circuit or open circuit inside the stator of the motor, the motor will not operate normally. The wiring shall be removed, the first and last ends shall be connected and inspected again, and then the next overhaul shall be carried out.

First of all, the power supply voltage of the motor is too low, which will cause heat under the rated load. Such common faults should be adjusted immediately.
Secondly, the working environment of the motor humidity or the motor fan common fault will also lead to the motor overheating phenomenon, should immediately remove the adverse conditions in the environment to ensure the operation of the motor fan wind.
Again, the motor load beyond its carrying capacity will also lead to hot, should manipulate the motor load within the rated range.
Finally, the motor in the operation of the positive and negative frequency of rotation will also lead to too much hot, so in the process of selecting the motor to give priority to the selection of positive and negative adaptability of the machine, to prevent overheating.,

The safety common faults caused by the charging of the motor shell are very serious, and the reasons for such common faults are:
First of all, the common faults of the insulation plate of the motor lead insulation or junction box position will cause the motor shell to be charged. In case of such common faults, the power supply should be turned off immediately and the insulation wire plate should be replaced.
Secondly, the inner winding end cover of the motor will also conduct electricity in contact with the motor shell. In case of such situations, the end cover should be removed to carry out correction, and reassembled after insulation treatment.
Finally, the abnormal grounding of the motor shell will also lead to the charging of the motor shell. Only by doing a good job in grounding the motor transmission line can this common fault be removed.
